After an exciting evening amongst the top artistic and creative performance companies in Wales Earthfall are excited to have come away with the Theatre Critics of Wales Award for Best Small Scale Dance Production for their latest work Chelsea Hotel!
With three nominations in total, including Digital/Online Engagement and Best Music and Sound, Earthfall were pleased to see so many small companies receiving recognition for their work through these prestigious awards.
At the awards ceremony at Cardiff’s Sherman Theatre were Theatr Iolo, Theatr Clwyd, Dirty Protest, Ballet Cymru, Hijinx and Na Nog to name but a few of Wales’ cultural elite present at the event, with a special performance from Cardiff’s own Ruff Stylz and even a glimpse of Neon Neon’s Gruff Rhys in the audience.
Artistic directors Jim Ennis and Jessica Cohen were thrilled to accept the award and look forward to seeing and making more exciting, creative physical theatre in the future.
